Raw materials: fresh latex cut from rubber tree, and miscellaneous glue, including glue gel, self gel block, glue line, dandruff gum, mud, scum glue, and cigarette pieces.
1. Cigarette adhesive
35% latex → filter to remove impurities → add water to dilute to 15-20% → defoaming and clarifying filter residue → adding 1% formic acid to solidify (or acetic acid) → removing water → pressing 3-3.5mm thin slices → fumigating and drying (70 ℃, 7-8 days, preventing mildew) → inspecting grading packaging2. Crepe glue
① White crepe
35% latex → filter out impurities → add water to dilute to 18 ~ 20% → defoaming → bleaching with NaHSO3 → coagulation with acid → washing with rolling water → pressing into 1 ~ 2mm pieces → drying with hot air (35 ℃, 10 days) → inspection of graded packaging
② Brown crepe
Glue line, micelle and cement → soaking and washing → crepe pressing → hot air drying → inspection of grading packaging
3. Granular rubber
Mechanical method: latex → filtration → dilution → clarification of filter residue → acid addition and solidification → dehydration → tablet pressing → strip pressing → mechanical granulation → drying → compaction packaging
Chemical method: latex → flocculant (Al2 (SO4) 3) → centrifugal separation → drying → pressing and packing
